Waking up in Montana on the beautiful 320 Guest Ranch was more unbelievable and satisfying than one can expect! What a beautiful place to wake up and get the day started; from the sound of the beautiful Gallatin river roaring, to the view of blue sky rising over the Madison mountain range. Travelers had a full agenda for the day. After breakfast, they would embark on a 2 hour horseback ride through the mountains, hike down the valley located behind the ranch along a fast moving creek, and enjoy playing icebreaker games. Split into three different groups, travelers participated in all of the activities at different times in the day. At 11:30 a.m. MDT, burgers and hotdogs were served for lunch along with cowboy baked beans and spicy potato salad. Travelers then split back apart to take part in their next two activities before dinner was served down by the Gallatin river. Red and white checkered table cloths covering picnic tables, a camp fire burning, and a musician walking around playing a guitar and singing set the perfect dinner atmosphere. Steaks, barbecue chicken, potato salad, cowboy baked beans and cornbread were served for dinner with s’mores for dessert.
